Philadelphia rapper Eve is set to make her debut in Dubai this Tuesday (November 24). The Grammy Award winning rapper will appear at Chi Garden, where she will run through a number of her hit singles including tracks like “Who’s That Girl,” “Let Me Blow Your Mind,” “Gotta Man” and others.
